The Dominio Del Soto by M.Chapoutier is a Spanish Tempranillo with a French connection. Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, Spain, cultivated entirely organically. This wine was matured for 3 to 6 months in a blend of stainless steel and French oak. It starts with a very pleasant scent of liquorice and black cherry, with hints of savoury spices and vanilla. Featuring a smooth, silky mouthfeel and reminiscences of notes perceived on the nose. There's a lot of oaky spice here, which leads to a dry, lengthy, and chewy finish.
