ABOUT THE MAKER:
The Jasci & Marchesani family are organic farming pioneers and have been certified since 1978. The family's history and wine are indissolubly linked to their love for the land, hence the decision to convert all 33 hectares in the Abruzzo region to organic vine-growing principles. The producer has embraced the challenge to accompany the organic philosophy with a low-energy-impact production system, so as to guarantee a healthy and environmentally friendly product that surrounds them.
TO THE WINE:
Straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights; fruity nose; on palate, it’s dry and well balanced. It is best served at 10-12 °C temperature and teams perfectly with baccalà stewed with onions and sultanas. Aging potential: 1-2 years.
