Clos Lapeyre's attitude is to create wines that are natural, expressive, and real, while also respecting the plants, their physiology, and their environment. Located in the Jurançon wine area, directly on the Pyrenees mountain range, seven vineyards make distinctive dry and dessert white wines, each with its unique characteristics, depending on the vintages and harvest date.
Since there's no antioxidant protection (no sulfites added), the aromas of Evidencia are unique, ranging from peach to apple, pear, and loquat; the palate is full with fruit with a very sensuous tactile sensation. It goes well with raw fish tartare, steamed fennel sea bream, and a selection of beautifully matured cheeses.
