A family-run winery in Spain's smallest Appellation (D.O. Alella: 8 producers, 240 Ha) The Pujol-Busquets family has been producing certified organic wines and cava since 1991, and they were the first to make no-added-sulphite cava in 2006.
Mirgin Rose' Gran Reserva has baked croissant notes, as well as subtle hints of apples and red berries. On the palate, there is a lot of freshness and minerality, with a delicate saline aftertaste.
