Domaine Huguenot - Marsannay Collection Blanc 2020

Domaine Huguenot Père & Fils is a family-run Domaine in the village of Marsannay-la-Côte, in the north of the Côte de Nuits, near Dijon. Managed today by Philippe Huguenot, who represents the 10th generation of wine growers, the vineyards extend over terroirs in the Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin appellations. The estate has been conducting its production in sustainable agriculture for many years.

"Honey suckle, wet stones and nutmeg aromas lure you into a cushioned core of citrus and stonefruits. A luminous core anchors the wines with subtle flavours of fennel and licorice adding complexity. This is a delicious chardonnay from the north of the Cote d’Or, it’s saline finish refreshes the palate. It will age well over a few years, though its composure in its youth makes it hard to resist now."
