Philippe Goulley is highly recognised as the Biopioneer of Chablis. The quality of his Chardonnay grapes is regularly so convincing that he develops his wines cleanly and brilliantly without wood or other aids that change the natural character of the grapes. The delicious roasted aromas, which make especially young wines so seductive, are in the grapes.
This Petit (little) Chablis reveals notes of crunchy vine peach and apple. The palate is well-balanced with a beautiful acid frame and freshness expressing notes of peach, crushed nectarine and crushed pear as well as a subtle hint of quince.
