Jean (winemaker) had a brilliant idea to work the old Grenache gris in lengthy maceration to give this white wine a magnificent salmon colour, a lovely richness, and a true minerality. A robust personality, like the winemaker's!
Candied orange, dried fruit, and saffron on the nose. On the palate, it's vibrant and rich, with a lot of freshness at the end.
