At Gorghi tondi, there is a strong relationship with the landscape, particularly the High, Middle, and Low whirlpools (the so-called "Gorghi"), which inspired the winery's name. A naturalistic oasis that has been protected by the WWF since 1998 and has a goldmine of volatile and aquatic species as well as a suggestively unusual flora.

Dume', Frappato DOC Sicilia Organic red wine vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks. The colour is light ruby red with violet reflections. Intense, with fruity notes of blackberry, raspberry, and pomegranate, complex and fragrant. On the palate, it is fresh, with an excellent structure, silky and juicy. Grapes: 100% Frappato.
