The Tierra de Castilla appellation's Vinedos Balmoral vineyards are located at 1000 metres above sea level in the mountain range close to Albacete. Using methods to ensure excellent quality in their wines, such as low yields, vineyard management, and consulting with the best winemakers worldwide, they produce pure sparkling and still wines.
Cuvee de Maria was produced under the supervision of Herve Jestin Chef de Cave at famous Champagne House Leclert Briant. Bright, straw yellow colour. Abundance of vibrant fine bubbles. Seductive exotic fruit aromas. Outstanding freshness. Mediterranean herbal notes. Delicious flavour well-structured, lingering and persistent.
