Piota is a Pinot Noir from the Oltrepo Pavese’s hills. This region has long been considered as one of Italy's best for cultivating Pinot Noir. It is a scarlet colour with garnet undertones and has a sophisticated bouquet with overtones of wild berries and liquorice. It is warm, enveloping, and well-structured on the palate. Utterly silky, with a pleasant, matured tannic flavour.
