The vineyards of Château de Vaux are farmed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic cultivation. The conversion to organic started in 2010 and the first certified vintage was in 2013.
The Château de Vaux Pinot Noir Les Hautes Bassières, has a beautiful deep ruby colour. Its nose is a real bouquet of fruit and floral aromas: morello cherry cinnamon stick, typical of the Pinot Noir variety. On the palate, tannins are silky, gleaming, subtle with a flowered aromatic finish, all in lightness.
