Camparo is the name of the farm owned by the family Drocco since 1938, in the heart of the Langhe not far from it's capital, Alba. Since 2000 they decided to convert the company into organic farming and up to now they are still firmly convinced to have done the right thing.
Varietal pale red, with clear-cut aroma of violets, roses and red berries, as well as overtones of the wood it is aged in. It's bold, yet refined character is brought out on the palate, with unobtrusive tannins and an almost sweet finish.
