Nifo - Aglianico del Taburno DOCG 2016

Winemaker for passion and cultural heritage is the company's owner, Lorenzo Nifo Sarrapochiello, who has opted to combine respect for tradition with scientific innovation in order to ensure the company's high quality levels, which have always been sought. Nifo grapes, in reality, have been farmed and handled using organic agricultural methods since 1998. Following manual harvest, the grapes are processed according to strict production rules that protect the environment and the consumer's health. 

Ruby crimson, deep, and clear. On the nose, there are notes of red and black berries, dried plum and blackberry, as well as spices like pepper and tobacco that are wonderfully harmonised. Dry, warm, and gentle, but also tangy at the right point; it is a full-bodied wine that is powerful and lasting. Balanced. Excellent with hearty legume soups, game, and roasts.
