This apulian grape variety's name speaks for itself: due to his dark colour, and Amaro refers to its wonderfully bitter taste, making wine perfect for any meal. Excellent for blending with other wines or making rose wines.
The colour is intense ruby-dark garnet red with almost black reflections. On the nose, there are traces of dark florals and little blackberry fruits, as well as subtle tobacco notes. It is dry and delightfully bitter in the tongue, with no residual sugar.
