Gaintus Radical, grown at an elevation of 530 metres, is a genuine representation of the Spanish native grape Sumoll, full of character and charm. Expect a Spanish take on Nebbiolo.... Framboise and a touch of rusticity on the nose, and the wine really comes alive on the palate with cherries and an almost Kir or Cassis sourness to it. The acidity and tannins add a lot of zing. On the end, bright red cherry fruit lingers.
