Biodynamic blanc. Hélène Thibon's small-batch white comes from a blend of low-cropped, hand-harvested Roussanne, Viognier and Clairette. The 2020 is brimming with orchard fruits and ripe citrus. It's weighted with perfect richness alongside a laced acid line and slate-like minerality that carry the abundant fruit with grace. This packs a serious punch, yet not a note is out of place.
