Cherry red with violet undertones, energetic, crisp, and brilliant, medium depth intensity. The bouquet of black fruit, cherry, and redcurrants, as well as the powerful mineral flavour, stand out. There are also subtle balsamic and peppery undertones. Fresh, meaty, and intense. Noble tannin that contributes structure. The acidity adds character and allows us to appreciate a wine with a long, lingering finish.
