Paxton Tempranillo 2020

Paxton are leaders in both Organic and Biodynamic viticulture and winemaking, having held certification for both since 2011. Fruit for all the wines are sourced solely from estate vineyards in McLaren Vale in South Australia. Paxton focuses on Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, but also see big futures in the Vale for Mediterranean varieties Tempranillo, Graciano, Mataro and Pinot Gris. 

A fragrant blend of dark cherries and savoury spice, with hints of blueberry and blackcurrant. Medium bodied and spice-driven palate. Bursting with flavours of plum, blueberry, rhubarb and dried fig. Soft, elegant tannins enhance the mid-palate.
