Kalleske - Parallax Grenache 2021

In South Australia’s Barossa Valley, the Kalleske family have been farming and growing grapes since 1853 near the village of Greenock. The Kalleske family are active practitioners of sustainable farming. They are caretakers of the land and not only want to maintain the environment but improve it for future generations.the winery is certified biodynamic/organic.

2021 Parallax is light purple-red in colour. The compelling aroma is bright and perfumed. There is strawberry, herb, sweet earth, raspberry, fresh flowers and musk. It’s evolving and inviting. On the palate it is light-bodied and bursting with fresh fruit. It is pure and vibrant with precise generosity. Red berry fruits dominate and are matched with super fine natural chalky tannins giving a seamless backbone. A touch of minerality adds further interest and dynamism. A surprisingly long finish completes a very delicious, charming and engaging wine.
